Not much has changed with me the last 5 years other than becoming the most powerful man in tennis! Yep, still at it. The kids are grown, Quinn (24) is a Sergeant with the Marines and loves his job in the Intelligence field making maps. Layne (19) just began her professional skating career with Disney on Ice, she's currently touring in Japan. We miss them but fortunately for me I have several great kids at the club for me to coach and keep me young. Laura and I will be celebrating 31 years together this month. Have a great time this weekend, hopefully I'll see you at the next one! |

Well it's five years later and another reunion in 2011. Our oldest son Thomas is now almost 19 and in college, and at the time of the reunion in August will be preparing to start his sophomore year at New York University. He's a drama performance major and actor, studying at the Tisch School of the Arts there at NYU. Sean is now 10, heading into middle school and is a star baseball player. His plan is to become pro someday. I'm still in L.A. and still VP-Counsel at Disney. I love the work, though it does keep me very busy. Five years ago I suggested that everyone see our two tentpole films for that summer, "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Cars". This year? Yep, sequels to both. Get out and see "Pirates 4: On Stranger Tides" and "Cars 2", opening in May and June. I think they'll both be terrific. I'll be out of the country in August and won't make the reunion, but all my best to everyone and have a great time. Drop me a note if you're going to be out my way. |
